Tai Chi and Chi kung Class Skibbereen from September 2026

Monday nights 7.30 pm to 8.45 pm Riverside studio Skibbereen for 4 weeks or so usually. Classes  payable on enrolment . You can benefit from the classes whether you are a new beginner or you have been doing Tai chi for some time.

The classes begin with Chi Kung exercises to strengthen you and Tai chi to bring back
balance and harmony to your body. We end the class with a short time to relax and gather the energy with a quiet meditation time .
