Thursday mornings from April 30th  10 am  to 11.15 am in An Sanctóir ,Ballydehob  for 4 weeks €60 payable on enrolment or online. You can benefit from the classes whether you are a new beginner or you have been doing Tai chi for some time.

The classes begin with Chi Kung exercises to strengthen you and Tai chi bring back
balance and harmony to your body. We end the class with a short time to relax and gather the energy.
