About myself
I am a lifelong educator and advocate for well-being. My wish is to inspire you to live a life of abundant energy with harmony and joy. My journey began in a Secondary school classroom as a teacher and in later years as a Guidance Counsellor. In the year 2000 I began learning Tai chi, chi kung and meditation from the founder of Infinite Tai chi, and Daoist master, Jason Chan. For a number of years, I assisted on Jason’s teacher training courses for Tai chi. I have been teaching tai chi, chi kung and meditation and doing workshops in various locations in Ireland over the last twenty years. Join me for one of my classes, workshops or one to one treatment.

Tai chi – an ancient Chinese Practice
Tai chi is a gentle practice which originates in ancient China. It combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. It is like a meditation in motion. It improves balance and reduces stress. It is a calming exercise that brings you to feeling well in your being.
