About this Tai Chi Class


From March 25th Tuesday nights 7.30 pm to 8.30pm Clonakilty GAA Sports Complex for 4 weeks €70 payable on enrolment or online 

We will do Tai chi , meditation and chi kung and have a chance to walk in the wild natural setting of this tranquil place. Meet like minded people and experience the energy of Tai chi and the relaxing nature of meditation in this hidden gem in West Cork.
